In 1936, Everett Milberger, Sr. formed a company to specialize in termite and pest control. His plan was to offer his customers the very best service at an affordable price. The business grew rapidly because people liked working with a family owned and operated company that put an emphasis on customer satisfaction. In 1964, Everett Milberger, Jr. took over the company. His goal was to continue providing excellent service at fair prices. This concept has carried into the third generation as Lance N. Milberger began serving as Vice President in January of 1993, and his wife Julie A. Milberger began serving as an officer in April of 1999.

Today, Everett Milberger Pest Control, Inc. is still family owned and operated. They have seven locations serving Kansas and Missouri. Through continuing education they are upgraded on all new and improved techniques. Only baits, chemicals and application techniques that are approved by the EPA are used. All company vehicles are radio dispatched to offer faster, more convenient service.
