Most pests come from the outside in, so if they are dealt with in this way, most homes can be pest free with limited interior treatments to cut down on the amount of pesticides applied to the inside of your home. With regularly scheduled quarterly exterior treatments, pests are eliminated where they originate, on the outside of your home.

The Preferred Pest Control Program offered by Everett Milberger Pest Control, Inc. will initially treat the interior and exterior of your home on the first scheduled service. The interior treatment will consist of liquid, dusts and/or baits placed in cracks and crevices where insects tend to hide. With long lasting materials, the interior will rarely need to be treated, as long as the quarterly exterior services are up to date.

With the Preferred Pest Control Program, the exterior of your home is tackled in two ways. First we create a soil barrier 3 to 5 feet around the entire home, including the foundation by application of a powerspray.

The second exterior defense is to treat areas immediately outside the home, including base of the foundation, windows, doors, thresholds, soffits and eaves, plumbing and electrical inlet points, vents, downspouts and the garage. Those areas are treated by liquid, dust and/or baits to deter insects from entering your home.

The Preferred Pest Control Program's guarantee is a one-year service agreement, if live insects should return on the inside of your home and quarterly exterior treatments have been serviced, we will return for no charge and treat the areas infested.
